Property Transfer

currently contaminated property or structure.
Due to the presence of pollutants such as hydrocarbons (gasoline), and PCE (Dry
Cleaning solvents), asbestos, lead, mold, and industrial waste, many transactions are
stalled because of indemnity language that cannot be agreed upon by both parties.
A pollution liability policy can be implemented to provide environmental
indemnity for both buyer, seller, and lender.
