In today's litigious society many building owners have become concerned
with claims from employees of companies who occupy, lease or rent
office space from them. These claims or lawsuits usually allege that
the building or indoor air quality have become contaminated with the
presence of:
- Asbestos
- Lead
- Mold
- Dust
- Carbon Monoxide
- Bacteria
- Microbial Organisms
and that the inhalation of these contaminants has caused bodily
injury, sickness, fatigue, mental distress, etc. The problem with
these claims is that it is often difficult to prove that they are
not valid. Many times it becomes very costly to test for and accumulate
adequate data in order to defend oneself. We have an insurance policy
